Role: Employment Solicitor
Location: Worcester

An exciting chance has opened up for an Employment Solicitor to join a national multi-service law firm in their Worcester office. You will be part of a knowledgeable and supportive employment team dedicated to helping you advance your career while providing a clear path for growth.

The role:

Provide guidance on a variety of employment issues, including:

- Disputes over restrictive covenants
- Confidential information disputes
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Advising employers on everyday workplace matters
- Assisting with and drafting settlement agreements
- Offering corporate support
- Drafting contracts of employment and employee handbooks
- Understanding Data Protection concerns relevant to the workplace
- Enhance and share your knowledge on employment issues by collaborating with team members.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

- 2-5 years of PQE
- A strong foundation in Employment law
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively manage client relationships
- Excellent technical abilities and drafting skills
- Proven teamwork and relationship-building capabilities
- Solid commercial awareness
- A proactive, ambitious, and organised approach with keen attention to detail
