Timber Frame DesignerIrthlingboroughHours - Monday to Friday 8am to 4pmSalary - up to £35,000 paOur client are a family-run business with over 30 years of experience supplying timber frame solutions to the construction industry. Due to growth, they are now recruiting a Timber Frame Designer on a permanent basis to be responsible for creating and designing timber frame structures, collaborating with the construction team, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing technical support throughout the project life cycle.Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and timber frame design
• Knowledge of building regulations and structural requirements
• Experience in timber frame construction and materials
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Previous experience in timber frame design is a plus
• Experience using Wood Engine and Pamir would be an advantage
