The Role

We are looking for a Phenomenal Portfolio Manager to join our growing Lettings Team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, high standards of maintenance, and tenant satisfaction. You'll act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, while maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:Property Management:

* Manage gas and electricity certifications
