About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HLTA to join our supportive primary school in Harrow. You will work across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), helping deliver engaging lessons, support individual and small groups of students, and ensure all children reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the delivery of lessons across KS1 and KS2.

• Provide targeted support to small groups and individuals.

• Track and assess student progress.

• Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Application Requirements:
• Previous experience as an HLTA or in a similar role.

• HLTA qualification (desirable).
