Night Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client's team on night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents and patients in a respectful and inclusive environment. The Nursing Home offers general nursing care, specialist dementia care and care for adults living with complex physical and mental health conditions.

Qualifications:

• Valid UK NMC registration, with a nursing qualification - RGN/RMN
• Experience in a similar environment (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
• Commitment to providing person-centered care
• Understanding and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion in healthcare

As a Staff Nurse, you will work closely with residents and patients to provide compassionate and holistic care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed

• Monitoring and recording patient progress
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Supporting and communicating effectively with patients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adhering to clinical and company policies and procedures
• Contributing to the development of care plans and risk assessments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation
