The successful candidate will provide financial insights to drive strategic decisions and enhance business performance.Main Duties

• Lead and execute finance projects aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments and assist with ERP system integration.
• Ensure financial compliance and enforce group policies.
• Provide financial insights across European teams to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Generate accurate monthly reports and analyse data for trends and opportunities.
• Create and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, forecasting, modelling, and budgeting.
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools.
• Understanding of technical accounting standards.
