Unique School Solutions are looking for anenthusiastic Bilingual Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in S61, Rotherham. This role is supporting pupils across all primary year groups, ages 5-11 years with additional language needs in Czech, Roma, Slovak.

The school is at the heart of a large multicultural community in Rotherham, where the children love to learn. The curriculum is varied and rich in content, providing children with skills and experiences which will equip them well for secondary school.

The school is looking for a Bilingual Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis from September 2024. The role will initially be a temporary role via Unique School Solutions with the opportunity to secure a permanent role directly with the school following a successful probation period.

The successful candidate will:

* Hold a Level 3 qualification supporting teaching & learning

* Have proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school

* Be experienced working with EAL children

* Be bilingual and speak one of the following languages Czech, Roma, Slovak to support EAL pupils and liaise with parents and carers

* Provide small group and one-to-one interventions following the direction of the class teacher
