REGISTERED MANAGER

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager, a driven individual, who always goes the extra mile and ensures top quality care at all times.

You will oversee daily operations allowing you to manage, develop and grow a profitable business that delivers exceptional care to the service users.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of Key Performance Indicators, ensuring the business grows in a developing manner

• Identify and recruit excellent Carers, manage all training and maintain quality.

• Aim to achieve the highest levels of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards & policies, ensuring the achievement of outstanding CQC compliance

• Staff rota management to ensure the Carers deliver the allocated care to the client.

• Ensure scheduled Spot Checks, Reviews, Audits and Annual Surveys and ensure all activity is recorded

• Be accountable for the Health and Safety of staff and clients and ensure the Health & Safety policy and procedures are followed at all times in accordance with regulations of the CQC

• Complete and continuously improve the Assessments, Risk Assessments and Care Plans to ensure the outcome of the client is achieved and the customers' expectations are exceeded

• Take responsibility for ensuring the emergency on-call mobile phone is covered outside normal office hours, including holding the phone as part of the on-call rota

• Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures and approved practice; and to promote the aims and values of the care service.

Necessary experience

• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care

• Management experience in the care industry, preferably in Domiciliary Care, with excellent understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to talk passionately about our services and values to potential clients or referral sources

• Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail

A full UK driving licence and fully enhanced DBS check is a requirement of the role.

Excellent above average salary £35000 - £40 000 for the right candidate + performance related bonus
