Responsibilities of a Security System Manager

* Assist in preparing bids for projects by gathering required documentation, providing insights, and ensuring that all submission requirements are met.

* Establish and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

* Provide detailed cost estimates for projects, evaluate potential profitability, and ensure financial viability before project initiation.

* Visit project sites to gather necessary data for accurate quotations, specifications, and documentation needed for project planning and execution.

* Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring that the project meets or exceeds their expectations.

* Determine the materials, tools, and workforce needed to complete the project successfully, and ensure that all resources are procured and available on time.

* Provide engineers and teams with critical resources such as site plans, drawings, meeting minutes, and any other pertinent project details, including challenges and health/safety implications.

* Oversee the preparation and submission of risk assessments, method statements, and operation and maintenance manuals required for the project's compliance and smooth operation.

* Ensure the maintenance and engineering teams are aligned with project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards, with the use of service level agreements (SLAs) and regular meetings to track progress.
