Finance Administrator

Location: Fully Remote

Start: ASAP

Hours: Full Time

Pay: £14-£15 per hour

Contract: 3 Months - Could be ongoing

The team are looking for an experienced Administrator preferably with Procurement experience or experience with a Procurement Team. This will be a home based role (Virtual).

They will be required to:

1. General admin support (e.g. coordinating meetings and fielding enquiries)

2. Engaging with low criticality suppliers

3. New account forms and supplier forms 4. Quotes, PO's and co-ordinating deliveries

5. Taking notes and actions

6. Updating and combining files

7. General BAU queries and escalations that Proc Ops can't deal with.
