Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PLMD)? Our secondary schools in Chelmsford are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PLMD Unqualified Teacher to join our team immediately.

As a PLMDUnqualified Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with complex learning needs, helping them to engage with the curriculum and achieve their full potential. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in PLMD settings who are eager to take on a teaching role without formal teaching qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to the needs of students with PMLD.
Work closely with support staff to implement individual education plans and provide personalized support.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including sensory activities, to enhance student learning.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for a PLMD Unqualified Teacher who is patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting students with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a PLMD setting, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with students who require additional support.

Qualifications and Experience:

Experience working with students with PLMD or in a similar SEN environment.
Strong understanding of PLMDand strategies to support student learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.
A genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of students with PMLD.
