Teach Now, a trusted education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Challenging Behaviours to join a vibrant primary school in Hackney. This is a full-time, long-term role offering a competitive daily rate of £85-£100.

The Role:As an SEN TA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who require additional help with their learning and behaviour. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with challenging behaviours

.• Implementing behaviour management strategies to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

• Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to create and execute Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

• Encouraging social and emotional development while promoting resilience and confidence in students.
