This global company are a reputable and industry leading consultancy of professionals who are renowned for their high quality working. They have recently won multiple lucrative contracts and are looking to expand their highly skilled team making this an excellent time to get on board.

In this role you will be based at the Darlington office working on site with flexible hybrid working available. You will undertake detailed budget estimates and cost plans, prepare bill of quantities, prepare tender documents and tender evaluations, compiling reports and delivering effective cost management.

The ideal candidate must come from a Construction, Oil & Gas or Offshore background and will have broad technical knowledge of Quantity Surveying. You will ideally have experience working on a variety of contracts and T's & C's.

The Role:

• Quantity Surveying for Construction, Oil & Gas and Offshore projects
• Estimating and mitigating costs
• 37 Hour working week, Tue - Thurs in office and Mondays & Fridays WFH
• Occasional client visits
• £65,000 - £75,000 + £4800 Car Allowance

The Person:

• Minimum 3-5 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Construction, Oil & Gas or Offshore background
• Negotiation skills
