What does the role involve?

Speaking to customers and understanding their requirements
Managing customer accounts
Regularly meeting with customers (face to face or via Teams/Zoom etc)
Finding the best solution for each customer
Taking the customer through their journey and ensuring a professional service
Developing existing customer accounts
Identifying target customers
Actively introducing company services and securing new business
Sharing information amongst the team to ensure company goals are met
