Hybrid working with a high degree of flexibility and will include travel throughout the year and overnight stays.

We're looking for an EUC Product Manager to define & implement the product Strategy and vision for the Ingeus End User Products or Services. You'll be responsible for defining the product roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to bring products to market, and driving ongoing improvements to our EUC offerings.

What you will be doing as our EUC Product Manager:

Develop EUC Product Strategy: Define and manage a unified strategy for laptops, mobiles, telephony, printers, and collaboration tools.

Lead Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and user insights to align products with industry standards and improve user satisfaction.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Introduce automation, self-service, and forward-thinking capabilities to scale and enhance EUC product efficiency and performance.

Engage Key Stakeholders: Gather requirements, confirm objectives, and prioritise product features with business and technical teams.

Maintain Product Roadmap: Build a roadmap aligned with Ingeus iDigital strategy, ensuring EUC products support organisational goals.

Manage EUC Asset Lifecycle: Oversee lifecycle management through IT Asset Management, optimising asset use and ensuring compliance

What you will need to be our EUC Product Manager:

  • Experience of end-to-end product delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Ability to plan and forecast product budget and deliver within that budget
