Seeking a dedicated Pre-Construction Manager with proficient expertise in the construction sector from the Midlands. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our Construction department, driving the Pre-construction phase of our projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.

Description

Lead the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently.
Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
Manage the procurement process for all project-related items and services.
Coordinate with the construction team to ensure project readiness.
Implement risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.Profile

A successful Pre-Construction Manager should have:

A degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
Strong understanding of the Pre-Construction phase, including design, procurement, and planning.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
The ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.Job Offer
