As Head of Compliance, you will be an important member of the leadership team and will lead the Compliance team by driving its strategic development whilst fostering a culture of excellence.

Aiming to promote organisational alignment, this role will have responsibility for ensuring a cohesive approach to governance, quality, legal and compliance matters, especially in relation to financial regulations.

Your role would act as the primary authority on legal and compliance, providing decisive guidance on contract terms, data protection, regulatory issues and fair practice. Your expertise will be essential in advising the organisation on operating with FCA guidelines.

- Governance, quality and compliance leadership

The Person:

- In-depth FCA compliance knowledge

- Regulatory and commercial acumen

- Governance and compliance expertise

- Excellent communication and influential skills

- Professional accreditation: relevant accreditations to progressional bodies, preferable in compliance or financial regulation
