The Stand-Alone HR Advisor will be the cornerstone of the company's HR operations, responsible for overseeing all HR activities. This role requires providing strategic and operational support to ensure the workforce remains motivated, compliant, and productive. It is a unique opportunity for a proactive HR professional to make a significant impact on the business.

The Role:

* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.

* Providing expert advice and support to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.

* Overseeing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

* Conducting regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

* Handling disciplinary and grievance matters with professionalism and fairness.

* Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records.

* Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.

* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in collaboration with relevant departments.

* Preparing and analyzing HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

The Candidate:

* Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role within the food manufacturing or related industry.

* Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

* Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
