We are delighted to be supporting an established, evolving and eco conscious company based in Warwick. This innovative and market leading business are looking to grow their in house finance team with the addition of this exciting part time Finance Analyst role. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team and report directly into the Finance Manager. With a focus on stock, hedging, forecasting and in depth analysis this role will present plenty of development and learning opportunities. You will play a key role in driving positive financial outcomes through data analysis and collaboration with colleagues at all levels in various departments across the business.

This part time opportunity comes with an annual salary of up to £45,000 pro rata.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecast stock levels to support working capital and cashflow forecasts.
Assist with balance sheet account reconciliations.
Implement working capital initiatives as required by the business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with operational colleagues, setting KPIs as needed.
Develop and manage stock control processes across multiple sites, adhering to policies and audit compliance.
Manage the commodity risk register and execute commodity hedging trades.
Lead customer-specific hedging quotation process, execute trades, track actuals, and report results.
Communicate the impact of commodity hedging on cost of sales to the finance team.
Undertake ad hoc projects as needed.Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

Minimum three years' experience working in a Finance Analyst or similar role.
Part qualified or working towards completion of CIMA or ACCA.
Motivated with a strong desire to develop and learn new skills.
Able to challenge and seek improvements to processes, systems and reporting etc.
Confident and effective communicator at all levels and departments within a business.
Analytical nature with advanced Excel skills.
Experience with stock/inventory is highly desirable.Benefits Include:
