Workshop Controller

Pay: £35,000 Basic + £8,000 Bonuses and Incentives
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota basis
Location: Epsom, SurreyWorkshop Controller required for Successful Automotive leading Car Dealership in the Epsom area.

Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday + Saturdays on a rota basis

The Salary being offered to the successful Workshop Controller is up to £35,000 with OTE £43,000.

Duties of a Workshop Controller:

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workThe Successful Workshop Controller will:

Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
