Location: Ilford
Salary: Up to £67,000 per annum
Residential Childcare - EBD Home
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our Children's Home (EBD) on a permanent, full-time basis (40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:- Register with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing staff team.
- Maintain and uphold safeguarding and child protection standards.
- Oversee financial performance and ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:- At least two years' experience in a Children's Home within the last five years.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Previous Ofsted registration is desirable.
- Level 5 Health & Social Care/Leadership qualification is preferred.
