Job Role: Coordinator

Location: Sunderland

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Coordinator looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge TRG Group.

On-Site Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities

Daily management of active headcount to ensure fulfilment of requirements are met
Manage and resolve worker queries related to payroll, attendance, or general onsite issues
Processing of candidate applications, from job advertisement through to managing applications
Provide training and induction to new employees
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of weekly payroll for all workers
Manage, coach and develop the onsite teamAs an On-Site Coordinator, you will need to have:

Excellent communication and organisational skills (Essential)
Experience in Outlook, Excel and Word (Essential)
Full driving license or be able to commute to SR2 9TE without replying on public transportation (Essential)
Flexible approach to working hours. Evenings, early mornings and weekend working will be required (Essential)
Previous experience as team leader or supervisor (Desirable)
