Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing project costs, contracts, and budgets across our residential developments. You will ensure financial efficiency and deliver cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee cost control and management across residential construction projects.

* Prepare, manage, and review budgets and cost plans.

* Assess and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.

* Conduct risk assessments and value engineering.

* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

* Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.

* Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the housebuilding sector.

* Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and materials.

* Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills.

* Strong communication and leadership abilities.

* Ability to work efficiently in an office-based environment.
