Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Interaction: Handle tenant and landlord enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Visitor Management: Register visitors and manage interruptions with a flexible approach.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Documentation: Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements and other essential documents.
- Coordination: Organise property viewings and inspections.
- Office Management: Ensure the office environment is professional and welcoming.
