Freelance Technical Manager Opportunity - Sussex

Are you a skilled Technical Manager seeking a short-term role with a leading Tier 1 residential developer? We are looking for a professional to join our team for 4-6 months, offering up to £375 a day!

Position Overview:

Location: Sussex
Rate: £375 a day
Start date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 4-6 months
Projects:
80-unit development in early design stages
200+ unit development currently under construction

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee technical aspects of both projects, ensuring quality and compliance
Collaborate with design and construction teams
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Provide expert guidance throughout the development processEssential Qualifications:

Degree qualified (preferably in Engineering; Architectural background considered)
Significant experience in a PLC environment
Strong technical knowledge of residential development processes
