The Role:

The company are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Project Co-coordinator to support the in-house Engineering team. The role is ideal for someone with experience working with software delivery teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery across the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities::

Develop and maintain accurate delivery schedules.
Facilitate refinement meetings to capture business requirements and technical estimates.
Understand business expectations and integrate them into the delivery plan.
Work with Engineering team stakeholders to create and maintain a robust delivery road map.
Work closely with all members of the delivery life cycle to track technical progress and support teams.
Assist the Development Manager in resolving blockers or challenges as they arise.
Proactively identify resource constraints and prioritise tasks effectively.
Maintain up-to-date records to ensure business quality standards are met for all production releases.
Coordinate feedback sessions and implement improvements based on quality reviews.
Serve as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates.
Prepare and deliver status reports, technical summaries, and completion updates
Address concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Identify potential delivery risks and technical challenges early on.
Track and resolve issues promptly, coordinating with relevant teams to minimise impact.
Monitor project health and escalate significant risks or delays.Qualifications and Experience - Essential:

Experience working within a technical team (preferably in a software team).
Proven experience in delivery management.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical mindset.
Proven track record of implementing process improvements efficiently.Qualifications and Experience - Desirable:

Project Management certification (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Prince2).
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
