Position: Foot-Mobile Electrical Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Foot-Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team, covering commercial office environments across London Zones 1 and 2. As a predominantly electrical role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in office buildings, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform electrical maintenance, including reactive repairs and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tasks within commercial office buildings.

* Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components in line with health and safety standards.

* Work across various commercial office environments, ensuring minimal disruption to the clients.

* Keep accurate records of work completed and report on the condition of systems.

* Liaise with clients to provide technical advice and support as needed.

Requirements:

* Level 3 Qualified in Electrical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).

* Previous experience in electrical maintenance within commercial environments.

* Strong knowledge of reactive and preventative maintenance.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Full UK driving license is not required as this is a foot-mobile position.

* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and provide a high level of customer service
