The Role:

As an HLTA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the school's teaching and learning objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering planned lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 in the absence of the class teacher.

• Supporting individual and group learning, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

• Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons, contributing creative and engaging ideas.

• Working closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support students with diverse needs.

• Encouraging a love for learning and fostering confidence and independence in students.

What We're Looking For:

• HLTA Qualification: Essential for this role.

• Experience in Primary Education: Proven experience working with Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.

• Adaptability and Initiative: The ability to take charge of a classroom and tailor support to meet the needs of all learners.

• Passion for Education: A genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of young learners.

• Strong Communication Skills: The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
