Overview: Brand new opportunity to join an innovative health and wellness brand as a Social Media Strategist. The brand is rapidly expanding and harvests a culture from unstoppable leaders, inspiring staff, and the best well-being products on the planet.
Role: We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist with an obsession for wellbeing to drive the development and execution of our social media strategies, with a unique opportunity for launching our Podcast and YouTube channels.
- Develop and implement strategies across all social platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Podcasts, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan and oversee the launch of our Podcast and YouTube channels, leveraging our network of brands and ambassadors.
- Own our campaign and posting strategy across all of our channels above to grow our brand by inspiring and informing our (future) followers.
- Brand Activation and Events: strategically bring immersive and impactful brand activations and events to the next level. You will play a leading role in crafting the brand activation strategy, enabling tools for scale, and developing innovative event formats and partnerships.
- Coordinate with influencers/brand ambassadors and our partner brands to expand reach and enhance content visibility and quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for brand campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to continually refine and advance our social media presence.
- Use analytics tools to monitor and report on performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve engagement, reach, and alignment with our target audience.
Requirements:
- Obsessed with well-being and seeking a career-defining role.
- 2+ years’ experience working in a social media and/or creative role with experience managing social media channels.
- Live and breathe social media, staying on top of content formats, social platforms, and trends is a must.
- Proven track record of developing content strategies to deliver views and engagement across key channels like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Brief and manage external creative partners (photographers, content creators, agencies).
- Strong communication and writing skills - presenting ideas and plans to marketing, strategy, communication, production, and creative teams.
- Desire to produce best-in-class content and experience in producing content yourself.
