North Kent based Service Group based in over 24 countries are now looking to develop an FP&A Team within the UK based Head Office. Reporting to the Head o FP&A and working in a team of 4 dedicated Management Accountants you will be responsible for:-

Responsibilities of the FP&A/Management Accountant include:-

* Challenge monthly and year end figures

* Provide a clear understanding of current and future financial performance

* Gain a strong understanding of business strategy

* Provide expertise in FP&A tools, produce robust financial data and reports including KPI drivers and results

* Group consolidations, co-ordinate forecast cycles and display the ability to interrogate information

* Produce monthly management accounts for presentation to the Board

Requirements of the FP&A/Management Accountant role:-

* First rate graduate with a strong academic background

* Newly qualified or finalist ACCA or CIMA

* Minimum of 2 years management accounts experience and strong analytical skills

* Advanced Excel skills, dashboards, Vlookups, Xlookups etc

* Exceptional communication skills
