Bookkeeper - Maidstone - Chartered Accountants Our client is a thriving and expanding Accountancy Firm that takes pride in delivering creative, technology-driven solutions to its clientele.They are currently seeking a Bookkeeper, either full-time or part-time, to become part of their Maidstone-based team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with foundational bookkeeping experience, ready to manage a small group of client accounts.As a Bookkeeper, you will engage with clients from diverse sectors, such as sole proprietors, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day bookkeeping, completing VAT submissions, and preparing Management Accounts for select clients.To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Part or fully qualified AAT certification
• Familiarity with Xero and QuickBooks software
• Background in double-entry bookkeeping and VAT preparation
• Knowledge of CIS is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills, as you will liaise directly with clients
