The Role:
In this role, the Residential Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, handling sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion. This position requires someone who can provide clear, practical guidance to clients and work closely with a supportive team to ensure a smooth and efficient process. This position will also allow the successful candidate to make the role their own, building the practice and assisting in the marketing of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions independently.
• Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates.
• Conducting due diligence, drafting, and preparing necessary legal documents.
• Identifying potential risks and providing solutions to clients.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Building the practice through networking and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with at least 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing. They should have a strong attention to detail, a client-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is a proactive and positive attitude.
