As the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be responsible for:

• Handle a wide range of contentious property matters for clients including property companies, corporate occupiers, and private clients.
• Such disputes would include those (a) arising out of residential and commercial leases; (b) arising out of the buying and selling of land and (b) arising out of the development of land.
• Responsibility for their own cases and be happy to develop good working relationships with clients.
• Be able to carefully analyse information and reach sound decisions.
• Seek to recognise the commercial drivers and react accordingly.

The successfulReal Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor will have the following related skills / experience:

• Law degree (or conversion) and LPC.
• Successful Admittance to the Roll of Solicitors.
• 5-6 years PQE (indicative only). We would also be happy to consider more senior solicitors
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate property litigation experience.
