The Role: Early Years Practitioner:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

• Support children in Early Years with their learning and development.

• Work with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing tailored support to help them thrive.

• Assist in engaging outdoor learning sessions, making full use of the school's green spaces.

• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
