UK and Export Transport AdministratorDudley£25,000 up to £30,000, depending on experienceMonday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pmAre you looking to join a well-established and stable company with an opportunity to join their Transport and Logistics Department as UK and Export Transport Administrator. Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years' Transport Administration experience, preferably UK and Export.You will be helping the department to ensure the efficient running of the transportation of all goods despatched on a day-to-day basis in a timely and cost-effective manner.Job Responsibilities of the Transport Administrator include:

• Assisting in the arranging of external vehicles for both UK and Export,
• Assisting in the arranging of trailers ready for loading.
• Provide holiday and sickness cover for the transport department.
• Assist in ensuring Export paperwork is cleared.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all transportation needs are met.
• Ensuring safety standards are met by drivers and vehicles.
• This list is not exhaustive, you may be tasked with other responsibilities given her capabilities.

Job and Person Requirements: 

• Minimum of 2 years' Transport Admin experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft packages.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills.
• Ability to make decisions and use initiative, work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• GCSE Maths and English minimum grade C or equivalent.
