Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to take the next step in your career? Join a dynamic and growing distribution business based in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. I am seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to lead the operations team and drive efficiency across their supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our distribution centre, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Manage a team of supervisors and operatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
• Implement and optimize processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance throughout the facility.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock management and timely fulfilment of orders.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, logistics, and customer service, to meet business objectives.
• Analyse operational data and provide regular reports to senior management.

Required Skillset:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the distribution or logistics sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process improvement.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and distribution centre operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Renumeration:

£50,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Bonus
