IT Support Analyst – 2 nd Line – Warrington - £33,000

A highly successful, growing business based in Warrington are looking for a 2 nd Line IT Support Analyst to join their team.  This 2nd Line Engineer role will give you the opportunity to work with many different IT Solutions at an in-depth and technical level.  It will be broad and varied and will allow you to support all areas of the business, building your technical knowledge. 

As the IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for support, maintenance, and improvement of their user environment;  providing Mac/PC, Server/Cloud Support to range of clients.  You will work to support and control their overall server estate & Active Directory infrastructure  and devise optimal configurations for IT systems.

The ideal candidate for this IT Support role will have knowledge of and experience in managing and supporting:

Desktop/PC support

Mobile device support

Windows 10/11 / Apple IOS

Microsoft Hyper-V

Microsoft Server Operating Systems 2016 and above,

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO’s

Backups

Antivirus / Malware

Microsoft Office 365

TCP/IP Networking

VOIP telephony systems

The salary on offer for this role is up to £33,000 plus benefits.
