Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage planning applications from inception to completion.
Provide expert advice on planning policies, regulations, and local authority procedures.
Develop strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to the preparation of planning statements, reports, and representations.
Support senior team members in managing projects and growing the team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and local policies.Key Requirements:

Full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) is essential.
Proven experience in town planning within a consultancy or local authority setting.
Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and policy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
