Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 p/a

Are you a strong, results-driven leader with a proven track record of turning around care homes and achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" CQC ratings? Our client is seeking a highly experienced Nursing Home Manager to take the reins of a well-established nursing home. Qualifications and Experience:
  • Nursing Qualification: Active UK NMC Pin.
  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience as a Nursing Home Manager, with success in driving significant improvements and securing positive CQC outcomes.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and legislative requirements.
  • Leadership Excellence: Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams to deliver exceptional care.
  • Strategic Thinker: Skilled in resource management, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
