Role Overview: As an Account Manager, you'll nurture relationships and drive growth across Europe and Asia, expanding their client base and uncovering new opportunities with a solutions-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Renewals: Ensure on-time renewals of annual contracts.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Client Needs Analysis: Align products and services with client missions.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance client experiences.
- Account Development: Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Client Support: Manage client inquiries and expectations.
- Reporting: Forecast sales and maintain CRM records (Salesforce preferred).
- Market Insights: Provide feedback to improve services.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years in account management, with a proven sales record.
- Experience in cleantech, sustainability, or related sectors preferred.
- Results-driven, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
