Revit Technician - Permanent Role - £40,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience, with potential flexibility for exceptional candidates)

Are you a skilled Revit Technician with experience in the water industry? This is your chance to join a forward-thinking team working on diverse projects in water and wastewater infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident, detail-oriented Revit Technician who:

* Is a strong Revit user (AutoCAD 2D/3D is a plus; Civil 3D experience is advantageous).

* Has knowledge of ACC/BIM360, Navisworks, SharePoint, and general office tools.

* Understands topographical and utility surveys, levels, and coordinate systems.

* Brings experience in civil engineering and a good grasp of M&E works in construction or utilities.

* Bonus: Experience or knowledge of the water/wastewater sector, or a strong willingness to learn.

* Excels at managing multiple projects with high attention to detail.

* Communicates effectively (both written and verbal).

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be involved in:

* Generating 3D models and 2D drawings from sketches, engineer inputs, surveys, and As-Built data.

* Developing model content for periodic reviews (e.g., ALM/HAZOP).

* Creating functional Revit families and producing precise, neat deliverables.

* Preparing planning drawings, GA drawings, detail drawings, schedules, and sketches.

* Updating As-Built drawings and maintaining the project drawing register.

* Producing P&IDs (understanding this is an advantage).
