- Client Visits: Must have your own vehicle for client visits and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Face-to-Face Support: Assist candidates with application packs and provide support at local job fairs.
- Compliance: Ensure candidates meet identity and Right to Work checks.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed progress updates and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal colleagues to meet resourcing needs.
