The Role:

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting essential maintenance, preventative maintenance, and attending breakdowns to minimise downtime. You will also play a crucial part in developing our agility maintenance system and improving factory efficiency through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform essential maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks.

* Develop and maintain the agility maintenance system.

* Respond to and resolve machinery breakdowns promptly.

* Ensure all equipment meets the highest machine safety standards.

* Manage and maintain critical spare parts to reduce downtime.

* Improve factory Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through process development and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer in a production environment.

* Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.

* High standards of health & safety awareness.

* A proactive and problem-solving approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
