Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer - Central Belt of Scotland

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established HVAC contractor, operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. This company has a strong reputation in refrigeration, air conditioning, and building services, delivering reliable service and maintenance solutions to a variety of clients.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of air conditioning equipment, including:

Pack systems
Cold rooms
Integral units
Display cabinets
Split systems
VRV/VRF systems
Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in maintaining other building services equipment, such as emergency lighting.

Requirements

F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred)
Hydrocarbon certification (beneficial but not essential)
Experience in supermarket refrigeration (advantageous)

Salary: £41,580+ (dependent on experience)
41.5-hour working week
