Responsibilities* Work with clients in the investment sector, including developers of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.* Facilitate the buying and selling of commercial units, retail spaces, office properties, development land, and industrial estates.* Provide comprehensive services for landlords and tenants, including lease granting, assignments, agreements to lease, building agreements, and variations.* Advise clients on the benefits and complexities of leasing business premises versus purchasing.* Offer expert guidance in the negotiation and finalisation of commercial leases tailored to client needs.* Ensure quick and confident action while delivering value and expert legal advice.* Collaborate with other specialised teams for support on company, commercial, and dispute resolution matters.
