Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased) 

Location: Coventry
Salary: £54,000 + OT + Bonus 
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
✔ Planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
✔ Troubleshooting and fault-finding to minimise downtime and improve efficiency.
✔ Working on PLC-controlled systems, conveyors, motors, and automated machinery.
✔ Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulations.
✔ Collaborating with production teams to maintain and improve site performance.
✔ Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

✅ Multi-skilled maintenance experience with an electrical bias in a manufacturing environment.
✅ 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
✅ Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systems.
✅ Experience with PLC-controlled systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
✅ A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
✅ A relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
