Digital Waffle has partnered with an expanding marketing agency to find a seasoned Senior Client Manager.

We are seeking a talented Senior Client Manager to develop and oversee strategic partnerships between organisations. This role will focus on driving growth for existing accounts and actively identifying new opportunities to advance the digital capabilities of clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated to pursue new accounts and will possess strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial contracts.

Location - Stratford-Upon-Avon (2 days a week)
Salary - Up to £45K

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Client Lead, with broad expertise in digital across various areas.
• Strong organisational, detail-oriented, and time management skills that allow for effective handling of a diverse client portfolio and a demanding schedule.
• A proactive and confident approach to taking ownership of the role, with a desire to grow within a dynamic environment.
• Ability to critically assess, question, and comprehend a client's business strategy across multiple industries and sectors.
• Expertise in developing marketing strategies that encompass tactics, budgeting, and forecasting.
• A keen analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to inform decision-making.
• Confidence in managing client expectations, including the ability to set boundaries when necessary to benefit both the team and the client.
• Practical knowledge of key digital marketing tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Looker (Data) Studio, Excel/Sheets, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, PowerPoint/Slides, and Miro/Figjam.
