Job Title: Locum Band 6 or 7 Occupational Therapist

Location: Hereford

Band 6/7 full time 4-6 month contract Monday - Friday

Will need to be a car driver Experience - older adult, adult, rehabilitation, discharge to assess, minor adaptations, equipment provision, moving & handling.
