Property Maintenance ManagerLocation: Ruislip, MiddlesexSalary: £30,000 basic, OTE £37,500 - £40,000 Overview:Our client, a well-established independent lettings agency, is seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and management of their rental properties. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in property maintenance / management. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all property maintenance requests
• Identify and arrange routine maintenance tasks for rental properties
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently
• Ensure all maintenance issues comply with health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and contractor performance
• Manage budgets for repairs and maintenance work
• Conduct property inspections and report on necessary repairs
• Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in property maintenance within the lettings industry
• Car driver with own car 
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of Ruislip
• Ability to manage contractors and liaise with landlords and tenants professionally
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Commute should be no more than 30 minutes
