Our client is looking for a Registered Manager for a Children's Residential home in Styal, Cheshire.

With a competitive salary of up to £75,000, Car and 40 Days Annual Leave.

Our client operates within the children's residential care sector, focusing on providing a supportive and nurturing environment for children. They are committed to high standards of care and continuous improvement. They have facilities to offer extra education and therapy to the children in their care, in beautiful surroundings.

As the Registered Manager, Children's Residential, you will be responsible for:

* Overseeing the daily operations of the 4 bedroom children's residential home

* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations

* Leading and managing the staff team

* Developing and implementing therapeutic care plans

* Conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions

* Setting up policies and procedures

* Implementing plans for all children

Package and Benefits:

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager, Children's Residential role will have:

* Level 5 qualification

* 2 years of experience working in a residential setting

* Ability to work under pressure

* Will consider a deputy ready to make the step up for first registration
